Eric was a tradesman of the highest calibre, efficient, honest and trustworthy. It was immediately apparent that he was knowledgeable, where others had not been. He promptly made an appointment to assess the work, was very clear as to what was needed and gave a fair price / quote for the job. He came promptly to do the job, was efficient, on time and on price. He also did extras that he felt necessary without charging extra as he had allocated sufficient time in the original quote.

Erik and his colleague turned up on time, quickly fixed the problem with my balcony door, explaining what the issue was and how they had resolved the problem.
